G and I just put Gray to bed. He is so cute before bedtime. Tonight he ran all around the house turning out all the lights including the Christmas tree. He ran and ran, but he did stop to gently pat Sasha on the back and say, "Night night, Sasha." Then he ran to his bed. I am so thankful he is good about bedtime. He starts asking for his bath around 7pm. He says, "I wan bass." Tonight I put big boy underwear on him and a pair of hand me down pjs. He seemed to like the underwear, but just before he was ready to go to bed, we put a diaper on him. He is getting closer to being ready for potty training, but he is just not there. Jer took a little longer than some to get potty trained, but once he was, he didn't have a problem with accidents (with the exception of the occasional laughing so hard he pees in his pants). My guess is that in a couple of months Gray will be ready. We're in no hurry (except that diapers are so darn expensive and the ladies in the church nursery are putting training pants on him). I am thankful that the boys fall asleep so well. It's cool to see Gray zoom around, but then go right to sleep on cue. I wish I could do that!Saturday, December 16, 2006
