Living in My Now

I was watching my husband mow the lawn this morning. He had made us all a wonderful breakfast. Pancakes. Eggs. Sausage. OJ and hot tea. I felt thoroughly satisfied. The weather was a little cool outside. It was a nice moment as I rocked in our glider rocker. I ran inside to get my camera. I wanted to capture exactly what my eyes were seeing as I sat there.
