Since there is a possibility that someday in the future I can read this, I wanted to write about positive things.
When I was driving home with the boys, I felt very thankful for my life. Jer was telling me about some things that happened at school, and Jon was excited about the fact that he was going to get tutoring. Gray had a great day at Parent's Day Out, and he was not crying when I went to pick him up. He was so cute when we walked up to the boys' school from the van because he insisted on taking his Barney book. G was working at the office, and it was going well when I left the office at 2:30.
If you've ever riden in a van full of your own children as they were being cute and well behaved, you know what I mean. Everyone is happy and safe and all is well. I felt good about myself. I was dressed up from work, and I just felt good about being a dressed up mom picking up her kids.
I think it's true what those two women on Oprah have titled a book- What You Wear Can Change Your Life. At the very least it can make you feel very good.
