Check out the photos of this foodography session at La Tartine Gourmande. This is why the pictures done by the pros look so much better than most of ours. Here is a humorous video on youtube.com that has been out there for a while about food photography. It's pretty funny. I have tried to avoid embedding videos on my blog in the past since there is an increased risk that doing this can crash your browser, but it seems like I don't hear about that being much of a problem anymore. If this does happen to anyone or if it seems like this page took longer than usual to open, please let me know.
Update: decided to take off the Youtube video just in case it made this blog take longer to load (especially since I just added a flickr slideshow).
