Southbeach So Far

Here is what I had for breakfast. I had a mushroom omelet with two slices of turkey bacon and 6oz of V-8. I've never been a fan of V-8. I normally like coffee with my breakfast. The V-8 sort of ruins it for me, but it seems to be an essential part of this phase. I did have a small cup of decaf coffee. Coffee is allowed. I had decaf, though, because I have been trying to avoid caffeine.

I had low fat string cheese for a mid-morning snack (Gray ate part of it for me). At lunch I had tomato salad with three kinds of tomatoes, low fat cottage cheese, olive oil, basil, cracked red and black pepper, and some more low fat string cheese (I figured I didn't eat a whole one at snack time, so what the heck. Throw it in there).

I don't feel hungry exactly, but just after my salad I was craving bread or something sweet. I guess my lunch has settled because I don't crave anything right now. I really hope I can do this. It's good to be healthy.
