The boys had a good Easter. G played for the early service and the regular service (drums). I have been very busy getting stuff together for my accountant (we're finally a computerized office, so next year will be much easier), so I wasn't able to get any Easter clothes shopping done. I did find a cute Spring outfit in Gray's armoire that he is just now big enough to wear. I didn't have anything very cute for Jon and Jer, but they do have two shirts that are identical, so I thought it would be cute to dress them alike. I wish I had taken a picture of G. He looked very handsome today. He bought a shirt from the Men's Warehouse that is a very soft shade of pink, and he picked out a very dapper tie to go with. The boys got some neat things in their baskets, and the Easter bunny even got me season 1 and 2 of Arrested Development. The Easter egg hunt went well. Then we had an incident. We were making rice, but for something different we decided to put chicken broth instead of water into the rice maker. I pulled out some individual one cup containers of organic chicken broth. Gray saw it and thought they were juice boxes (they do look like juice boxes). He cried and cried for one, and it being Easter and all, I thought what the heck. Let him taste it, and then he won't want it. I put a straw in one, and he tasted it. He loved it. He drank about a third of it, and I took it away. He protested a little, but then he got over it. I didn't want him to drink too much. A few minutes later I was with him at the table. He made a face and put his hand to his mouth like he was hurting. I thought, "oh no. What did he swallow? Is he choking on something?" Then my darling little baby projectile vomitted everywhere (including on me). Lovely. I ran and carried him to the bathtub. I took off his clothes and mine and put them in a stinky mess. See this post to read about the product we use for such incidents. Life happens. Clean it up!

Chris, I don't want you to worry. He was completely fine after that, and has not gotten sick since.

When I read the part about Grayson vomiting, Hermione starting hacking up her dinner. It was almost funny in its timing. I guess she was feeling sympathetic.
He looks happy with the bubbles. I was all upset after I hung up with you yesterday because I forgot to try to get him to say bubble on the phone with me.
Tell the boys I miss them, and even if it's June the next time I see them I want to paint eggs with them. I missed doing that this year. They'll just have to do it again with me.
They would love that! Basically they just love being around you. We're trying to teach them that they don't always need to be entertained- that sometimes they need to make their own fun. Jer still comes up and asks, "what is the next activity?" Sometimes I say, "there is no activity. Find something to do." Then he asks, "What are 'mine' options?"
