G made pancakes this morning. That orange flashlight thing on the table to Jer's left is a cool toy. It has a built-in compass, maginifying glass, ruler, flashlight, and Pez dispenser. G saw it at the grocery store and bought one for JT and JJ.
The boys wanted to watch a violent cartoon, and I said, "No. I'm putting my foot down on this one." Then Jer said, "Well, I'm putting my foot up!" Notice that transfixed gaze on Saturday morning cartoons.

Here's Gray reading his Saturday morning newspaper.

Here is Jon ready to spring into action. Gray has been turning off the tv. When he does, Jon jumps up to turn it on. We don't have cable (an ATTEMPT to reduce our television viewing), so Saturday mornings are the only mornings that the boys see cartoons aimed at kids. They love those ads for useless plastic things.

G bought me these beautiful tulips yesterday. Did he do something that he was trying to make up for? I'm not telling. I got flowers.

We like to make pancakes on Saturday mornings, too!
Grayson looks like you there! He's always looking so mature in his pictures.
Doesn't he really look like he's concentrating on stock quotes or something?
